Sometimes we are able to manage them alone but sometimes we need someone to walk with us through the hard stuff. I take serious my job as a therapist in helping individuals of all ages feel understood, learn to cope with their personal challenges, and better their lives. My approach is to create a non-judgmental, safe space for you to share difficult emotions, discover your strengths, and walk with you through your personal life challenges. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy along with other evidence based methods to help you make positive changes in your life. I have over 22 years of experience working with adults, adolescents, and families.
